One of the most controversial forms of penis enlargement is surgery. While it does come with the "mainstream" label it is without a doubt the most expensive method for enlarging your penis. He is stuck with the negative effects of penis surgery for the rest of his life. He did receive a compensatory payout when he took the company to court however money cannot fix his problem.

We don't wish to imply that something similar will happen to everybody who undertakes surgery on their penis. There are plenty of examples of people who have undertook surgery and have great results to show from it. However, when things go wrong, there is no way to go back. Once the knife is in your penis, any cuts made you have to live with whether they turn out good or bad.

These consequences can be truly horrible, permanent erections, loss of feeling, scars, impotence. All these are known risks if you want to go under the knife and the scar thing is all these things are outside of your control. Our advice to people is stay away from surgery, there are cheaper safer and just as effective ways to get results. Choose carefully.
